Hej again!!

This last week has been good. I get so lost in the days I couldn't even tell you what has happened! Oh I did see Jessica Green though. She is on my floor and has done just fine her first week. We usually find eachother everyday and talk a little. She told me my mom did a good job on her talk 2 sundays ago. I expected that though :) I talked the same sunday. Crazy! I told my branch president and his wife that my mom would be speaking around the same time as our sacrament. Haha little did I know we would be speaking the same time. It was scary because even though I had prepared you find out your speaking on the spot as they announce it in sacrament. The talk was on repentence. BTW :) I didn't cry one bit. Yay! It was good and I didn't go over time either. haha i would have to say I must be learning something here.

Actually the only time I cried really.. like really cried since I got here was when we were teaching an "investigator" and I had just finished the 1st vision and was bearing testimony of it.. the tears just flowed. My campanions were so sweet! They were like good job!! haha like it made it better.. The whole lesson was so good though. My sisters and I were teaching in complete unison and you could totally feel the spirit. The woman we taught is an actual swede!! She is also a convert so she loves to volunteer here and get taught the lessons again and again. Its nice because she asks things that actuall swedes will be asking us.

During the week my favorite quote would have to be, "Do not fear the future, with and all knowing God." I couldn't tell you who originally said it though. the kid didn't know himself. My favorite word in svenska is tjugi. Its the number 20 but you say it like.. shoogy :)

So me and my district decided the scriptures really were written for our day haha look in deu 4:28-31 they are really good and notice the wink;) I was like wow! its like we have text again. haha which we do actually. We teach our teachers and call them our progressive investigators. Ours right now is bluner and you say it just like blue. He is really cool! I seriously love my district though... When we send or receive a "text" which is a post it note passed over haha we have one elder that whistles our ringtones for us. If I get a text its the "everybody was kung foo fighting" song!

Another quote was, "Nothing that brings true joy can never be insignificant." That was from sunday in our relief society. I absoluty love our meetings here! The best is when we get in a fireside or devotional everyone at the same time pulls out paper and a pen. We really are like a huge army all in unison. All working towards the same goal. As Elder Russell M Nelson taught last night, "We're all here for the same reason too. We all chose to follow christ."

Cool side note.. during the devotional with Elder Nelson, my companions and I sang in the choir and when the song started the cameras started rolling RIGHT on me. Were not supposed to look but I kinda saw outta the corner of my eye and others told me when the meeting was over. I guess they were on my and my sisters like 3 times. Sweet right! Its like I sang right to Elder Nelson. Good song too. It was This is the Christ which is like a testimony put to a melody. Look it up if you don't know it!

Love all of you!! Thanks for all the letters this week and the package. I'll be sending some pictures today.
Send grandma and grandpa my love!!

Love Syster Sprague
