How is everybody? Since I've got to Sweden me and S. Kiser realized we weren't getting much mail. Ha ha long story but if you sent me something and your not my mom I didn't get it. I'm sorry. We should be good now though. We figured out what was wrong.
Guess what??? I got my orthopedics... YAY.. oh wait they are HUGE. Ha ha my feet are not that big and I remember the doctor saying you need room for your toes but guess what he said part of the reason I got the fractures in the first place was cuz I have bad feet and my toes are too short ha ha. Many other things. I don't know how I've walked all these years or how I will continue walking. He basically said I wouldn't without pain. The problem is how do I use the orthodics and not have my feet slipping out of the shoes. It's hard when the shoes have to look good with a skirt.
Enough about that.. My week was a lot better. Me and s. kiser got up on time and things went really well. Tonight we have a class we're starting. It's teaching basic Swedish. I'm excited because it will help me learn and remember the things I have already learned. We are also doing a bible study class. I'm excited about that because S. Kiser knows her scriptures! I have learned so much from her!! Love her.
We have an investigator that is making progress :) he is so cool! His friend really feels like the bible is enough and there can be no more bible. Its sad. The one making progress though, F, he is willing to try reading the Book of Mormon. He says he wants to build his faith and if that will do it then he must try it. Ha ha the things people say are hilarious. He says he prays when he wakes up and before he gets into bed. "Its like locking the door before you leave and the key to unlock the door before you can sleep." He is pretty smart! He is already so close to God if only he would enter the waters of baptism.. i just know he wants exactly what we have to offer. What I love is we have what can help EVERYONE if only they would give it chance. A sincere chance.
Syster Kiser and I had a talk last night about being 100 percent committed. Like the message from the Ensign this last month. I love it because we are working a lot with the less active members and they're lives are difficult you can see that, but if they would just continue on the path and let go to the worldly things the Lord will lighten their burdens. You have to be 100 percent in or there really is no point. You can't have 1 hand on the rod and 1 hand on the world and get to have both. There is only one way. A straight and narrow way that leads to true joy and Gods love.
That is so cool Steven and Kashea are moving to Lehi. Of course they would move closer once I'm gone ha ha. I miss them so much and Saige. Whenever I see little kids here I just wanna play with them and hold them.. i cant :( someday!
To answer you mom. We have noticed when we do get our mail it only takes like 7 days and like 10 at the most. There are always exceptions I'm sure. The language is coming. S. Kiser helps a lot and the members here are wonderful. I understand a lot more than I can say.. weird i think. I wish we had investigators that spoke Swedish.. we don't have 1! There are so many immigrants here. crazy stuff. The only times we teach Swedish is with members, less actives, and new members. Um we do get the Liahona but they stay in the apartments. And they are in Swedish. I would love if you sent me the English ensign!! I kinda want to collect all of the ones during my mission. I got a sweet planner the other day! It started a month ago and goes till December of 2012 so like 18 months.. my mission months! sweet right. Its going to be my miracle calender.
Thank you for the exercise ideas. Those would be great. I wish I had like pictures of the P90X workouts cuz early in the morning its hard to think of them. Well Thank you for all your prayers. I know I am in them and you are in mine as well. Remember to always "lock and unlock your doors." oh and read your scriptures! God wants to speak to you so read :)
Love love love you!
Love, the only, Syster Sprague.. soon to be Syster Sprägg. Spelled phonetically for the swedes.
