Nära och Kära
As a missionary the most exciting news we ever get is about transfers. Because we don't have 'transfers' anymore we anticipate a phone call every Saturday. Interesting thing is I knew I would be transferred way before. The Lord prepares you for your future if you let him. I felt that it was coming and through different conversations with zone leaders and actually seeing the transfer board I knew my next area. I'm excited that I will be in the same zone and not that far from the center. My new companion is Syster Erickson and she is actually going home in March so we only have like a month together, but I'm super excited. She is amazing at Swedish. I'm going to learn so much from her. She really sounds like a Swede!
So I have to take that back a little bit.. our most exciting news is when people accept the gospel and get baptized. That is probably the best thing!
This week has been awesome! Besides that I am going to Alingssås we asked a 10 year old to be baptized. She said she isn't sure right now but told her to pray about it. Then the cutest thing happened.. she asked how she can receive an answer to her prayer. Man she is adorable. We haven't been able to go back yet and see what she has to say, but her mom is getting baptized March 1st and we hope that her daughter will too! :)
I'm sorry this letter is so short. The last P-day here and everyone wants to hang-out so it has been a little crazy. I also dyed S.Mackey's hair. It looks awesome!!! I need to send some pictures of us to ya sometime ha ha maybe next week when we're no longer companions I'm sorry. Oh crazy thought too.. last Saturday we had a sisters conference in Stockholm where all the sisters got to see each other. It was awesome to be with S.Ridl and S.Hill because the date was Feb 4th exactly 9 months on a mission. So we have 9 left now. Except our group has almost 19 months (instead of 18) and on Thanksgiving day so the 3 of us talked and we hope to go home one week earlier.
